Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 25 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prick the potatoes in several places with a fork, place them in the microwave, and cook for 10 minutes on the highest setting. Let cool for 5 minutes. Peel and grate on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes.

Preheat the grill in the oven.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the potatoes. Sauté for a few minutes until golden brown. Place the skillet under the grill for 5 minutes to form a crispy top. Return the skillet to medium heat and pour in the lightly beaten eggs. Cook for 5 minutes, then place the skillet under the grill for another 1-2 minutes until the eggs are set. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cut the tortilla into pieces and serve with fresh carrots, peppers, and lettuce leaves.
