Potato Side Dish

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley 3 stems
  • Safflower Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Salad Potatoes 25 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the washed, unpeeled potatoes in a large pot with cold water, add the milk and a teaspoon of salt. Make sure the liquid covers all the potatoes. Bring to a boil, then cook for 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Drain, peel, and cut into pieces.

Step 2

Melt the butter with the sunflower oil in a skillet over high heat, add the potatoes and cook, shaking the skillet, until the pieces are golden brown. Remove them with a slotted spoon, season with salt, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
