Potato Pancakes with Vegetable Filling
Ingredients
- Potatoes 6 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Gouda Cheese 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Frozen Vegetable Mix 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Without thawing, sauté the vegetable mix in butter until cooked. Allow the filling to cool slightly, place it on a cutting board, and chop it finely. Add grated cheese, mix, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Peel and grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Add the egg and flour to the potatoes, and season with salt.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick skillet well and grease it with olive oil. Spread the potato mixture in a thin layer across the entire surface of the skillet.
Step 4
Once the potatoes are browned on the bottom, place the filling in the center and fold the pancake in half, forming a crescent shape.
Step 5
Reduce the heat and cook for 5–7 minutes. When the cheese inside melts, the pancake can be removed from the heat. Serve the finished pancakes with sour cream and herbs.
