Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Olive Oil ¼ cup
- Turnips 10 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and turnip, then grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess liquid with your hands and transfer to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Shape the potato mixture into balls and flatten them as you place them in the skillet. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel, then to a plate, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
