- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Pumpkin 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- 10% cream 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and pumpkin. Grate them on a coarse (or fine, depending on preference) grater.
Step 2
Add sugar and salt. Mix well. Let the juice release, then squeeze out the excess.
Step 3
Add the eggs, cream, and dried garlic. Mix well. Adjust salt if necessary.
Step 4
Use a dessert spoon to scoop and place on the skillet, forming small pancakes. Fry over medium heat in a generous amount of vegetable oil.
