  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces

Step 1

Grate the raw potatoes (it is better to use a coarse grater — this will save time and prevent too much juice from being released).

Step 2

Add oats, flour, eggs, and salt, and mix everything together. The oats will add flavor and calories.

Step 3

Spoon onto a preheated skillet, fry in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. When placing on the skillet, flatten to a thickness of 3–5 mm. This will ensure the pancakes are completely crispy.
