Description

Potato Pancakes with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Leek 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Potatoes 5 pieces
  • Champignon Mushrooms 5 oz
  • 25% Cream 0 fl oz
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Ground White Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely. Squeeze the grated mass slightly to remove excess starch. Finely chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms.

Step 2

Sauté the onion and mushrooms in olive oil. After 3-4 minutes, add the soy sauce and cream. Season with pepper and simmer on high heat for another 3-5 minutes. Our mushroom sauce is ready.

Step 3

Fry the grated potatoes in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, and pressing them down firmly with a spatula. During the cooking process, drizzle the future pancake with olive oil and carefully flip it. Tip: you can flip the pancake by lightly tossing it, like when frying pancakes. The main thing is to keep its shape.

Step 4

Finely chop the leek. Cut the tomato into four parts, remove the seeds, and make decorative cuts on the wedges.

Step 5

Place the finished pancake in the center of the plate and drizzle with mushroom sauce.

Step 6

Garnish the dish with tomato wedges, chopped leek, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
