Potato pancakes with meat
Ingredients
- Water 0 fl oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Onion 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 fl oz
- Sour Cream 0 fl oz
- Ground meat 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Drain the excess liquid. Add the egg, sour cream, flour, and one grated onion to the potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the ground meat with the second grated onion. Add water. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Using a spoon, form small pancakes.
Step 3
Fry them on one side and place the meat filling on top. Then cover the filling with another portion of raw potato mixture and flip. Fry until cooked through.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream!
