- Onion 0 oz
- Ryzhenka 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Water 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and onions into small pieces. Blend them together with the fermented baked milk and garlic until smooth.
Step 2
Add the egg, water, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Gradually add the flour while continuing to stir to avoid lumps.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of batter and cook the pancakes for a couple of minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
