Ingredients
- Potato 8 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them, dry them, and grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 3
Grate or finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, and add salt, pepper, and eggs.
Step 4
Mix everything well, add flour as needed (to avoid excess water), and mix everything well once more.
Step 5
Preheat the skillet well, add oil, and spoon the potato mixture into the pan. Reduce the heat and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Flip the mixture, cover with a lid after a minute, and continue frying until golden brown.
