Potato omelette, the Belarusian answer to the Spanish tortilla! We adapted this recipe from a popular culinary author.
Ingredients
- Potato 0 lbs
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Ghee 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Peel and chop the potatoes.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Step 4
Mix the flour with the sour cream.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk.
Step 6
Combine the three prepared mixtures into one.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Step 8
Grease the pan with oil.
Step 9
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Step 10
Bake in the oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.
