Prepare the spinach sauce: boil the frozen spinach in salted water, drain the water, and chop the spinach if necessary. In a saucepan, heat the oil, add the chopped spinach, a little water, and peanut butter. Simmer until the peanut butter 'melts' and makes the sauce 'creamy.'
Step 2
Boil the dumplings in salted water for about 5 minutes, until they float.
Step 3
Place the hot dumplings on plates and add the spinach sauce.
