- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Sugar a pinch
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Pour warm milk into a bowl.
Step 2
Grate the potatoes and add them to the milk to prevent browning.
Step 3
Carefully drain the milk, add the yeast, sugar, salt, and egg. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the flour and mix again.
Step 5
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Heat oil in a frying pan, spoon the mixture onto the pan, flattening it slightly. Fry on both sides.
