- Meat 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the meat and pass it through a meat grinder. Boil the potatoes, press them through a sieve, add 5 g of butter, 1/2 of an egg, and 25 ml of milk; mix everything well and form 4 patties, place the meat on them, seal the edges, and roll into balls.
Step 2
Grease a single-serving mold or skillet with butter, place the croquettes in it, pour beaten eggs mixed with milk over them, and steam until cooked. Serve the croquettes with butter.
