Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the raw potatoes, grate them finely, transfer to a colander, and rinse under cold running water. Squeeze out the water from the potato mixture and transfer to a large bowl. Add salt and eggs. Mix well. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands or a fork. Add it to the potatoes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Pour half of the melted butter onto a baking sheet, spread the potato mixture on top, and drizzle with the remaining butter.
