Potato Baskets with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the filling.

Step 2

Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil. Add finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper. Then set aside to cool the filling.

Step 3

Drain the water from the cooked potatoes, add 2 eggs, butter, and grated cheese. Blend everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Using a pastry syringe, pipe the puree into basket shapes on prepared baking paper. Place the filling inside. Brush the baskets with egg yolk.

Step 5

Place the baskets in the oven at 355°F. When they are golden brown (about 15 minutes), sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
