Description

Potato Balls with Rosemary and Garlic

Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Hazelnut 0 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Make a puree.

Step 2

Add garlic, dried rosemary, and the egg to the puree. Let the potato mixture cool slightly.

Step 3

Chop the hazelnuts and mix them with the breadcrumbs (instead of store-bought breadcrumbs, I crushed two whole grain crackers).

Step 4

Form balls and coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 5

Bake at 355°F for 20–30 minutes until golden brown.

Step 6

Serve the potato balls with a white sauce (I mixed 100 grams of sour cream with 2 tablespoons of French mustard, sea salt, and pepper).
