Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Pickles 2 pieces
- Onion ½ head
- Vegetable Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins.
Step 2
Cool and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Peel the pickles and remove the seeds, then cut them into cubes as well.
Step 4
Peel, wash, and slice the onion into thin strips or rings.
Step 5
Combine with the potatoes and pickles.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Dress with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Mix and transfer to a salad bowl.
