- 33% Cream 10 fl oz
- Chervil 0 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and celery, then cut them into small cubes. Cook until very tender, preferably by steaming. This will take about thirty to forty minutes.
Step 2
Pass the vegetables through a sieve or a potato ricer, stir in the cream, finely chopped chervil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
