Ingredients
- White bread 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the slices of white bread into square shapes, removing the crusts.
Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the bread on both sides.
Step 3
Wash the tomatoes and slice them into medium-thick rounds.
Step 4
Place the tomatoes on the pieces of bread, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 5–7 minutes and serve immediately.
