- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Scallions to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with milk, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Sift the flour with baking soda into the mixture and whisk.
Step 4
Add cheese and onion, and mix again.
Step 5
Pour the batter into molds and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C.
