
Pork Tenderloin with Herbs and Mustard

Description
600 grams of meat — 2 pork tenderloins.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil to taste
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ cup
- Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 0.3 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill pan well.
Step 2
Brush the meat with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally (the meat should remain slightly pink in the center). Remove, cover with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the chopped herbs.
Step 4
Place the meat on a baking paper and spread mustard on it. Then roll it in the herbs, pressing lightly.
Step 5
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator. Before serving, slice thinly.
