Pork Skin Roll with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Pork fat 1 piece
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Pork Blood 5 oz
  • Gelatin 2 teaspoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the pork skin taken from the ham and clean it with a knife.

Step 2

Place the remaining pieces of meat from the ham on the inner side of the skin.

Step 3

Cut the garlic into small pieces and slice the carrot into strips. Place them on the skin over the layer of meat. Optionally, you can add dried or sliced bell pepper.

Step 4

Season the roll preparation with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the top layer with gelatin.

Step 5

Carefully roll the skin into a roll, wrap it in plastic wrap, and secure it with twine to form a sausage shape.

Step 6

Cook on low heat for 3 hours.

Step 7

Cool down and wait for it to set. Slice thinly and serve with horseradish.
