Ingredients
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Morels 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion and mushrooms.
Step 2
Meanwhile, beat the eggs and chop the herbs.
Step 3
Pour everything into the skillet, add the flour.
Step 4
The omelet needs to be fried on both sides.
Step 5
Cut a piece of pork and pound it on both sides. Be careful not to break the fibers or create a 'hole'.
Step 6
Place the omelet of the appropriate size on top of the meat.
Step 7
Roll the pork into a roll and secure it with toothpicks.
Step 8
Coat the rolls in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Step 9
Fry in enough oil until cooked through.

Remove the toothpicks, slice the roll like a sausage.

Sprinkle with herbs on top and serve.
