- Pork tenderloin 30 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Parsley to taste

- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the peeled pistachios, cheese, and parsley in a blender.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, cut a thin layer around the pork tenderloin.
Step 3
Evenly spread the filling over the meat.
Step 4
Roll it up and tie it with kitchen twine.
Step 5
Season the meat with salt and pepper. Place it in a baking dish and drizzle with oil.
