Description

You can prepare chicken wings in the same way.

Ingredients

  • Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
  • Ginger 0 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Soy Sauce ½ cup
  • Honey 3 tablespoons
  • Demerara Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup 3 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Pork Skewers 20 pieces
  • Chili Flakes to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients except for the ribs and chili flakes, and blending until smooth.

Step 3

Pour half of the sauce over the ribs and mix well. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Keep an eye on the ribs; if the sauce starts to burn, add a couple of tablespoons of water.

Step 4

Sprinkle the ribs with chili flakes for heat.

Step 5

Bring the remaining sauce to a boil and simmer for 5–6 minutes.

Step 6

Serve with the sauce (as an appetizer) and rice, as a complete main dish.
