  • Pork tenderloin 20 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the loin into 1 cm thick slices.

Step 2

Tenderize the meat.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Place a piece of butter, about a third of a teaspoon, on the tenderized meat.

Step 5

Roll it up and tie with string to keep it from unraveling.

Step 6

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry over medium heat until cooked through.
