- Pork tenderloin 30 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Garlic 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Mint 0 oz
- 9% Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Bread Kvass 25 fl oz
- Bay leaf to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the bones from the pork loin, stuff it with garlic and onion, sprinkle with ground pepper, rub with salt, place in a ceramic or enamel dish, pour over the mixture of bread kvass and vinegar, add dried mint and bay leaf, and let it marinate in the cold for 12 hours.
Step 2
Then remove the pork loin, pat it dry, place it on a baking sheet, and cook in the oven at 355°F until done.
Step 3
Allow the finished pork to cool, slice it, and serve with parsley.
