Pork Chops in Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 0 lbs
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Puff Pastry 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces, pound as thin as possible, season with salt and pepper. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular sheet and cut it into squares.
Step 2
Place a piece of the pounded meat in the center of each pastry square and fold it into an envelope shape.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil. Arrange the meat envelopes on the baking sheet seam side down.
Step 4
Optionally, sprinkle each envelope with sesame seeds. Place in a preheated oven at 180–390°F and bake for about 40 minutes.
