  • Salted pork belly 30 oz
  • Creamy Horseradish 3 tablespoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic chips 1 teaspoon
  • Sumac 1 teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Place the horseradish in a deep bowl and squeeze the juice from the lemon piece.
