- Pineapple 1 piece
- Russian Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste

Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Tenderize the meat.
Step 3
Place the pieces of meat in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.

Place the pineapples on top of the meat.
