Ingredients
- Olive Oil 7½ spoons
- White Balsamic Cream 4½ spoons
- Mint 3 stalks
- Pomegranate Seeds ½ pieces
- Ground Cumin 1 tablespoon
- Shallot 2 heads
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Juice half a cup of pomegranate, pour it into a small saucepan, and boil over high heat for about fifteen minutes, until only one and a half tablespoons of syrup remain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, finely chop the mint leaves and shallots. Combine all the ingredients, including the pomegranate syrup. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
