Description
To make ponzu sauce at home, mix 100 ml of lemon juice, 70 ml of mirin, 50 ml of light soy sauce, and 100 ml of fish broth.

- Egg noodles for wok 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Shrimp 5 oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots 2 pieces
- Ponzu sauce 0 fl oz
- Cherry 8 pieces
- Strawberry 4 pieces
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed ¼ pieces
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Scallions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions in salted water, then drain, rinse the noodles, and add a little vegetable oil to prevent them from sticking together.
Step 2
Peel the boiled shrimp and remove the intestinal tract from the back. Mix them with ponzu sauce and soy sauce.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the apricots and cut them into 8 pieces, quarter the cherries, and slice the strawberries thinly.
Step 4
Place the noodles in bowls, top with shrimp, berries, and finely sliced nori. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
