Ingredients
- Passata Tomato Sauce 10 oz
- Oregano to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the oil together with the tomato paste. Crush the garlic and add it to the skillet, then add oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir occasionally. After 15 minutes, remove the garlic.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into the skillet, sprinkle with cheese on top. Cover the skillet with a lid for 4 minutes to cook the eggs and melt the cheese. Serve with fresh white bread.
