Ingredients

- Walnuts 0 oz
- White bread 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- White Pepper (whole) a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in water until it becomes soft and absorbs the water. Use a mixer to grind the nuts, bread, sage, salt, and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add water.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add vinegar.
Step 3
Crack the egg and pour it into the boiling water, cooking for 2 minutes. Keep it in warm water until ready to serve.
Step 4
Drizzle the salad leaves with oil and add a pinch of salt. Place the poached egg on top and serve with the sauce on the side.
