- Garlic 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Wash the chili peppers, remove the seeds, and chop them. Peel the garlic.
Step 2
Pass the prepared plums, chili peppers, bell pepper, garlic, and tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Add salt and sugar to the mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 25 minutes.
