Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Plums 5 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Drain the excess juice, add the flour, crack in the egg, season with salt, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Form balls from the dough and fill each with pitted plums rolled in sugar.
Step 3
Place a greased dish in the steamer, arrange the dumplings in it, and cook for 30 - 40 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle the finished dumplings with melted butter.
