Ingredients
- Plums 20 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Chili Flakes to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the pits from the plums and cut them into small cubes. Transfer to a saucepan.
Step 2
Add vinegar, honey, and a little red pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for 5–10 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Transfer to a blender and lightly puree, but not to a smooth consistency.
