- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Courgette ½ piece
- Sweet Corn Sticks 5 oz
- Salsa Verde Sauce ¼ cup
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Pizza Flour 20 oz
- Monterey Jack Cheese 5 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with cumin. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the chicken for 3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped onion, corn kernels, and diced zucchini. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the salsa verde sauce and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in a handful of finely chopped cilantro leaves.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a large circle and transfer it to a baking sheet. Evenly spread the filling on top and sprinkle with grated cheeses.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes until cooked through and serve immediately.
