Ingredients

  • Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
  • Unleavened dough 10 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Arugula to taste
  • Salted anchovies in oil 5 oz
  • Melted Cheese 5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a circle, about one centimeter thick. Place it on a baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and set it in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Once the dough has risen slightly, poke holes all over the surface of the crust with a fork.

Step 3

Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, arrange the tomatoes and anchovies, sprinkle with grated cheese, and add pepper.

Step 4

Place in a preheated Hotpoint-Ariston oven at 430°F for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with arugula before serving.
