Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 15 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Pitted olives 8 pieces
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the olive oil and a glass of warm water. Blend in a processor. Let it rest for half an hour to allow the dough to rise.
Step 2
On a floured baking sheet, place the rolled-out dough, top with crushed tomatoes, then slices of mozzarella, and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Add sliced olives and season with spices.
Step 3
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 4
Before serving, sprinkle with basil leaves and cut into portions.
