  • Sugar 2 teaspoons
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Hot smoked pink salmon 10 oz
  • Pickled Apples 3 pieces
  • Onion 1 head
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the flour, eggs, and sugar. Knead the dough thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add slightly warmed butter and mix again. Let the dough rise.

Step 2

Remove bones from the fish and cut it into small pieces. Peel the apples, remove the core, and slice them into rings about 0.5 cm thick.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and lightly sauté it in butter. Grate the cheese. Evenly layer the filling on the surface in the following order: onion, fish.

Step 4

Then spread sour cream over everything, arrange the apple slices in a single layer, and season with dry spices. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese.

Step 5

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
