Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 1 piece
- Baking Tomatoes 1 can
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shallot 1 head
- Oregano to taste
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Bottarga 0 oz
- Scamorza Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the pizza sauce: blend the peeled tomatoes and garlic in a blender. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped shallot, then add the tomatoes with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and simmer on low heat until thickened.
Step 2
Take 1/3 of the dough prepared according to the recipe at http://eda.ru/paste/recipe35681 and roll it out into a thin flatbread.
Step 3
Generously spread the resulting flatbread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, arrange thinly sliced scamorza cheese on top, and place in a preheated oven at 280–570°F (depending on the power) for 7–10 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished pizza with bottarga.
