Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sausages 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Parsley 0 oz
- Tomatoes 20 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the finely chopped sausages, onion, and parsley. Spread the mixture in a 2 cm thick layer in a clay dish that has been rubbed with a garlic clove and greased with butter, and place it uncovered in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
On a clean surface, sift the flour into a mound, create a well in the center, add the prepared yeast, salt, and mix thoroughly. Then, incorporate small pieces of butter or margarine and milk. Place the mixture in a warm spot for 2 hours.
Step 3
Roll out a circle with a thickness of 2 cm.
Step 4
Remove the bowl with the mixture from the oven, place finely chopped tomatoes seasoned with salt and black pepper on top. Lay a round of dough over the tomatoes and press the edges of the dough down. Brush with melted butter and place in a very hot oven (482°F) for 15-20 minutes.
