Pizza with Sausage and Pickled Onions

Ingredients

  • Pizza Flour 0 oz
  • Ketchup 3 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Pickled Chanterelles 15 pieces
  • Melted Cheese 5 oz
  • Cervelat Sausage to taste
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage to taste
  • Onion to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for the dough.

Step 2

Knead the dough. Cover with a bag and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Step 3

Slice the onion into half rings.

Step 4

Marinate the onion in vinegar with boiling water (1:1) until soft.

Step 5

Wash the mushrooms. Boil in salted water. Slice the cooked sausage. Slice the smoked sausage. Slice the mushrooms.

Step 6

Grate the cheese. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil or line it with parchment paper. Place the dough on it and spread it evenly across the surface. Spread ketchup on the dough (can be replaced with tomato paste).

Step 7

Sprinkle half of the grated cheese.

Step 8

Top with the cooked sausage.

Step 9

Then add the smoked sausage.

Step 10

Evenly distribute the pickled onions.

Step 11

Add the mushrooms. Spread mayonnaise over everything.

Step 12

Sprinkle the remaining cheese.

Step 13

Place the pizza in the oven for 20 minutes at 355°F.
