Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Chorizo 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In warm boiled water (150 ml), add salt, yeast, and mix well until the yeast is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Pour this mixture into the flour and knead a soft dough, cover it with a towel and place it in a warm place for one hour.
Step 3
While the dough is rising, you can prepare the pizza sauce. Heat a pan, pour in oil, and add finely chopped garlic.
Step 4
After about a minute, add the chopped onion. Once the onion becomes translucent, add the sauce.
Step 5
Add salt, add water to make the sauce liquid, and let it cool.
Step 6
Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a baking sheet, spread the sauce on top. Arrange thinly sliced sausage.
Step 7
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 8
Bake the pizza in the oven at 430°F for 15-20 minutes, serve hot.
