Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Spicy salami 10 oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Pitted olives 10 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Dill 5 bunches
- Milk 0.7 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, let's prepare the dough — it will be flaky. Take a bowl, add the yeast, milk, and sugar, and mix everything with a whisk.
Step 2
Then add the flour and egg, and mix until a thick mass forms.
Step 3
Next, roll the dough into a circle, and brush 2/3 of it with butter using a pastry brush. After that, take one end of the circle and fold it to the center, then fold the other end, and roll it out again. Repeat this process 5 more times.
Step 4
Then preheat the oven to 170–390°F.

After that, take a baking sheet and place parchment paper on it. Then place the round dough on the baking sheet.
Step 6
Spread ketchup on the dough. Cut the salami into circles, the tomatoes into cubes, the pepper into rings, grate the cheese, and finely chop the dill.
Step 7
Layer the ingredients on the dough in the following order: salami, tomatoes, olives, pepper, cheese, dill.
Step 8
Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
Step 9
Bake for about 20–30 minutes.
