Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Smoked Ham on the Bone 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Fat 2 tablespoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth 20 oz
- Baby Cream Puree 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the sauce, heat the fat and brown the flour in it. You can use broth as the liquid. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Then season with butter, and if desired, add sour cream or cream. Add the fruit puree to the sauce a few minutes before the end of cooking. Season the sauce with sugar. Let it cool.
Step 2
Prepare the yeast dough, let it rise, knead it thoroughly again, and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3
Cut the pork into thin strips or circles, place it in a dish, and pour half of the sauce over it. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then place it on the prepared dough and pour the remaining sauce over it.
Step 4
Bake until done in a hot oven.
