Pizza with Pork Mince
Ingredients
- Pork Mince 10 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Spanish onions 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Recipe for making the dish at home. Sift flour onto a surface (table) and make a well in the center. Add salt to the well and pour in the yeast mixture. Knead a soft dough, gradually incorporating the flour from the edges and adding the remaining water.
Step 2
When the dough is almost kneaded, mix in the vegetable oil. Shape it into a ball, cover with a light kitchen towel. Leave the yeast dough to rise for about 1.5 hours.
Step 3
Prepare the pizza sauce. To do this, make crosswise cuts on the tomatoes and place them in boiling water for a minute. Then transfer them to cold water for a minute and peel off the skin. Chop the peeled tomatoes in a blender.
Step 4
In a pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil along with crushed garlic. Pour in the tomato puree, add salt, sugar, and dried basil. Place on the heat and simmer until thickened, stirring. Blend the finished tomato sauce for the pizza.
Step 5
In a pan, heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil, add the mince and fry until cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper. Do not overcook the mince for the pizza, as it will continue to cook in the oven.
Step 6
Peel and slice the onion into thin half-rings. Roll out the risen dough into a circle with a diameter of 25 cm. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or in a mold. Cover it with the tomato sauce for the pizza, add the half-rings of onion, the fried mince, and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F, place the mold inside. After 20 minutes, the pizza with mince will be ready, remove it, and let it cool for 5 minutes. Cut into serving pieces and serve.
