Pizza with Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Dill
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 20 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 7 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Dill 1 bunch
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the dough as thin as possible and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Evenly spread the tomato paste over the dough.
Step 4
Grate the hard cheese and sprinkle it on top of the dough.
Step 5
Place the sliced mushrooms on top.
Step 6
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and arrange them over the mushrooms across the entire pizza.
Step 7
Sprinkle grated cheese again and add 1 bunch of dill.
Step 8
Bake the pizza for 20–35 minutes (I like it with crispy edges).
